ABOUT THE ROLE
You’re an important link between our customers and our service providers (shipping companies, haulage companies, etc.), you pull the strings for planning and transport, so “relationship building” is your middle name. You’ll also be responsible for:

Processing of export orders FCL & LCL from A to Z: Coordination of freight availability, deadlines, closings and customer requests

Contribution of specialist knowledge to ensure smooth customs process

Optimization of processes and pricing activities related to direct order processing
-
Collaboration in the global Mainfreight network
- Daily contact via email and phone with customers and team in EU and around the world
