DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serving meals to our team
• Food preparation 
• Breakfast and Lunch service
• Functions and catering 
• Ensure the kitchen & food storage areas are maintained to our high cleanliness standards

SKILLS REQUIRED 

• A passion for creating healthy & well-balanced meals
• Experience with preparing and plating up meals
• Excellent time management
• Strong attention to detail 
• Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be resourceful and flexible
• The ability to make people happy from your fun and friendly personality and great food

You will be working in a professional kitchen with the following equipment: a bratt pan, combi oven, professional grated/flat plate griller, industrial dishwasher, stainless steel kitchen sinks/shelving, walk in dry store, cool room, freezers, countertop heated Bain Marie and many more appliances.
