How does Mainfreight Warehousing streamline your supply chain?

The CDE will be involved in the early stages of client implementation to familiarize your business with the Mainfreight team that will directly handle your products. CDEs will collaborate with all of our business units to ensure the best service is received. The process generally begins overseas where our Air and Ocean teams will coordinate the delivery to the US. Then with the Warehousing teams who will receive, store, and ship your products. The finishing cycle is completed on the road as our transport team pick-ups and delivers to your customers, vendors, and suppliers.

Further to the overview of the daily operation a CDE will work directly with your business on the below components.
  • Weekly to monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Quarterly business reviews 
  • Continuous improvement ideas and implementations 
  • Weekly status calls 
  • Inventory reports
