Main Divide | New Zealand
Main Divide is a special program created in 2018 with the intent to identify and develop those pivotal team members who set the tone for what great looks like on our operational floor here in New Zealand.The program is a 6-day experience where our team navigate their way across the picturesque Southern Alps. Most are completely taken out of their comfort zones; from hiking across open river beds and rugged snow-covered mountaintops to tackling class 3-4 rapids on the Landsborough River.
Each who attend are nominated by their Branch Managers. They must meet a certain criteria, in that team nominated are based on the depot floor and are in their blues every day. They are quiet achievers who live and breathe our culture and they are the ones who the team turn to when times are tough.

2023 intake saw an amazing calibre of team from around the country who met these criteria and more. Main Divide is not only challenge for them but also our way of acknowledging and rewarding their contributions and to promote the significance that their roles play in our business.
