Mainfreight Financial Result for the twelve months ended 31 March 2020
Mainfreight is pleased to provide you with a copy of its financial statement to 31 March 2020, together with Management commentary, as released to the market via NZX.
These financial results are presented under the IFRS 16 Leases standard which took effect from 1 April 2019.
Under IFRS 16 increases have been made across all our results over the same period last year -
- Total Revenue increased by $141.31 million, or 4.8%
- EBITDA improved $141.62 million, or 55.1%
- Net profit is up 4.2%
We are pleased with this result, and the contribution and development of all our businesses across the world. This financial performance provides us with the confidence to now tackle the ongoing supply chain disruptions brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the depressed economic conditions we expect to encounter.
