Du bist die treibende Kraft zwischen unseren Kunden sowie mehreren Teams innerhalb von Mainfreight und anderen Logistikdienstleistern. Deine Rolle
- Du bist ein zentrales Mitglied unseres Büros und konzentrierst dich darauf, mit gutem Beispiel voran zu gehen und zu führen. Du gewinnst neue Kunden für unser Geschäft und High-Performance ist dein Anspruch.
- Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Kunden, Airlines und unserem Office.
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Eigenverantwortung.
- Der Fokus liegt auf dem Ausbau und Etablieren von Kunden, die sich im deutschen aber auch angrenzenden Markt bewegen. Kunden, die uns langfristige Partnerschaften statt kurzfristigen Gewinne bringen, sind unser Fokus.
- Es geht darum, vom Kunden zu lernen und Lösungen zu verkaufen, die zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Logistikkette des Kunden beitragen.
- Du wächst zu einem vertrauenswürdigen Partner unserer Kunden heran und bist ihr erster Ansprechpartner.
- Das Erstellen von Angeboten, Einholen und Vergleichen von Raten bereiten dir Spaß, weil du damit maßgeblich Einfluss auf die Rentabilität sowohl unserer Geschäfte als auch auf die Geschäfte unserer Kunden hast.
- Du verfügst über das nötige Verhandlungsgeschick auf allen Ebenen, um unsere Einkaufskraft zu stärken.
- Du besitzt einen starken Ehrgeiz, der dich antreibt und auch dazu biträgt, das Team wachsen zu lassen.
Das Bist Du
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich Spedition und Logistik oder vergleichbare Vorkenntnisse.
- Ein leidenschaftliches und energisches Teammitglied mit einem starken Vertriebsfokus „Hunter Mentality“ und dem Wunsch, ein erfolgreiches Team zu entwickeln.
- Du hast idealerweise schon eine Zeit im Sales Außendienst gearbeitet und konntest regionale Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Luft- und Seefracht sammeln.
- Operaritve Erfahrung ist von Vorteil, jedoch kein Muss.
- Du hast eine professionelle Einstellung mit dem Auge für das Detail und du verpflichtest dich zu exzellentem Einsatz.
- Du hast eine positive und leidenschaftliche Einstellung – Easy to deal with!

What is the working culture like?
We are a very flat structured organisation. We have open plan offices and management sit in amongst the team. We do not use the “s” word (staff) and refer to everyone as Team – everyone has a part to play in moving Mainfreight forward and meeting our targets and goals.
We believe in working hard but we also have fun and a laugh while we do it. Our team is empowered to make decisions and have a say in how we do things.
