  Create & book your Export, Import or Cross-Trade shipments directly through Mainchain thus eliminating the need to phone or email your shipment information. Set up & manage your templates to reduce data entry for your repeat shipments. You can also create your own House bill number so you can track the shipments consistently across your system and ours.

• Generate shipping documents

  Create your Shippers Letter of Instruction (SLI) for all your export jobs automatically through Mainchain.

• Set up notifications

  Keep all relevant parties connected by setting up milestone notifications (either specific or all) for each shipment as needed which can received via SMS or email and tracked through the Mainfreight website.

• Manage your addresses & contacts

  Bulk upload your consignee and consignor addresses and set them up with delivery instructions thus reducing data entry every time you consign freight to them. Amend any information yourself to ensure all receivers are up to date.

• Manage your documents

  Upload all relevant documents for your shipments at the point of booking. You can continue to upload documents for your shipment anytime through Mainchain and retrieve/download them for up to 7 years.
